Corps visits Godley Station Elementary School

POOLER, Ga. – Ellie Covington, a biologist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District, talked to 25 third-graders at Godley Station Elementary School about beach habitat and other marine topics, May 15, 2014. Covington is heavily involved in the Tybee Island beach renourishment project and spoke about the importance of beach renourishment and habitat creation.
