Emma was at work one day whilst I was recovering from another back surgery, so I decided to make her a nice meal when she got home from Jamie Oliver ’s 30 Minute Meal cook book. After going through the whole book at least twice, I decided on the ‘rib-eye stir-fry with dan dan noodles’ recipe. It was delicious! She was also very impressed. We had this with a nice bottle of Rioja. 2 things : It certainly does take more than 30 minutes and you need a decent budget for it. This meal cost me £45 to buy all the ingredients.
