Solar One, a clean-energy-powered arts and education center, is upgrading its digs in Manhattan to the net-zero energy consumer in this rendering. It will feature green-tech innovations like non-integrated PV panels (for easier upgrades), geothermal energy, natural ventillation, a green roof, rainwater collection, water recycling and so on.
