'Tongue of Fire' shelling beans
Acquired from our Groundwork Organics CSA box. These beans are shiny and gorgeously marbled, like a specialty Easter candy. Does anyone know whether they're technically cranberry beans, Borlotti beans, or if the tongue of fire is a different bean altogether?
