Giorno di sole (bozzetto). Acrilico e pigmento fosforescente su carta, cm 17 x 36.
Il codice QR sullo zaino della bambina contiene la Lettera di una madre di Fukushima tradotta in italiano.

Opera esposta dal 17 dicembre 2011 al 17 gennaio 2012 a Sweet Sheets IV.

Nota: Le due figure sono ispirate ad una porzione di fotografia di Carlos Barria che ritrae una madre cha accompagna la figlia al primo giorno di scuola. Fukushima, 6 aprile 2011.

The right QR code link to Backyard World, a website that posts news, analysis, images, videos, and other references about the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster.

From July 1st to September 4th, 2011, the painting was exhibited at the Riso Contemporary Art Museum, Palermo, Italy.
