Asparagus Beef Roll-Ups
I am always asked to bring those at family gatherings. The roastbeef is spread with chive & onion cream cheese then wrapped around blanched asparagus.
Here is the recipe for the dip:
Horseradish Sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (i usually put more)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
In a small bowl whisk together horseradish, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, ground red pepper and sour cream.
