Do you really want to know why the US and Israeli posse want regime change in Syria? And do you want to know what they planned years ago, and are doing now to bring that about?

After several years of sitting on my ass and reading about Obama's wars and threats of wars, I decided to head back to the gym.

I bought two pairs of sneakers: one to walk to the gym; the other in which to exercise. The idea is not to take crap inside the gym.

This pair cost me around US $6.00. It fits me perfectly, as if my feet were measured by the manufacturer for its Tigre brand. At last, I found something that wasn't made in China. This was made in Peru.

But I'm having second thoughts. With only US $180.00, more or less, I could've bought me a pair of Air Jordans.

My mortar is in the US and I am here in Peru with my salt. Finally, I told this story to my landlady and she left the kitchen, and got this from storage.

Let me get to the point. This mortar is called piedra de sal. In that case, I could call the other tool, piedra de sal as well. In Spanish, stone is piedra.

For gringos, among whom I count myself, this is a mortar of salt, and a pestle of salt. And all you have to do to prove me right is to lick either.

And, sitting in the mortar, I have the best salt I've ever encountered: Celtic Sea Salt. If you know something better, and consider me a friend, tell me about it.
