It's funny because I used to loathe anything remotely related to electronica.

I've been addicted to Minecraft lately. I've never played a game quite like it. The other night, I came to realize that it was 11 o'clock at night, and I was talking about systems of government with a bunch of people on an online video game. It was amazing. Playing MC under the right conditions(I'm on one of the best servers, Aperture Games) can be extremely rewarding. It's about coming together as a community to build amazing structures and allowing the human mind to create whatever it wants. Coupled with a beautiful piano soundtrack by C418, and showcasing stunning sunsets and sunrises, I've found an escape from this money centered world. And I'm happy.

This game is becoming more and more popular every day, and shows hope for the world of video games. Games don't need excessive blood, violence and fast-paced action to be fun.
