    Celle-ci est pour toi, Naughty Boy, puisque cette charmante jeune fille est l’une de tes maîtresses préférées ;-)

    Le 30 juin, à 23h, la Tour Eiffel s’illumine aux couleurs de l’Europe, pour 2 mois.
    L’éclairage de la tour Eiffel est une tradition qui remonte à 1889. Le soir de son inauguration, 10.000 becs de gaz avaient été installés sur ses plates-formes, ainsi qu'un phare bleu-blanc-rouge à son sommet.
    Plus récemment, un compteur lumineux avait égrené les 1.000 derniers jours précédant le début du troisième millénaire. Depuis juillet, la tour Eiffel s’est mise à l’heure de l’Europe avec des ampoules de couleur bleue et douze étoiles géantes. L’occasion de marquer la présidence française de l’Union européenne.

    The Eiffel Tower goes blue for Europe
    Most tourists visit the Eiffel Tower in daylight. That's reason enough to delay your climb until the late evening, when smaller crowds and shorter lines make an ascent more pleasant. But an even better reason is to enjoy the tower's nighttime ambience.
    PARIS will mark the start of its six-month presidency of the European Union by lighting up the Eiffel Tower in blue with yellow stars, recalling the EU flag. The 300-metre (984-foot) high tower, France's most recognizable monument, will take on its blue hue with a giant circle of stars every evening for two months from June 30, the eve of the French presidency. Eighty giant projectors on the ground and 100 more on the tower will be necessary to achieve the blue effect.

      Je suis en gros progrès : plus que 15 jours de retard à rattraper ! :-)))
      Je suis un peu déçue, car sur mon original, il y avait une jolie couleur rouge en éclairage de fond, mais elle a malheureusement complètement disparu lors du téléchargement :-((

      I'm a bit disappointed, because on my original, there was a beautiful red tone on the background lighting, but unfortunately, it completely disappeared during the upload :-((

      Wow elle est tout simplement magnifique cette DAME toute revêtue de bleu!!!!!!!!!!!!! Et oui on voit un peu de rouge dans le fond ce qui lui donne une enveloppe de velour !!

      Oh man I would kill to see that (ok no I would not but you know)
      and then I would go out and eat huitres a volonte, walk by the seine and have a cafe creme by druot auction house........
      have a crepe at one of those stands nearby.........wander around all my favorite spots........then I would go to St Ouen to look at the antiques.........
      then XOXO for the modern stuff..........
      Is San Maritane open yet???? It has a great view as well !!
