Went out this morning with my daughter to get Vale swimming and running in the local river. She is off camera right throwing stones down river, then she has the great job of throwing a stone as close to me as possible - which she enjoys!

It can be quite nervous as he doesn't stop! Not sure which is worse, the thought of 5 stone pooch knocking me over, or dropping the 3DS :)

We set out today to capture running at me shots and catching shots, go both which I am really pleased at, practicing for some sport shots I want to do this year.

Not usual of me to do HDR! Great trip, great memories - Bilbao, Zaragozo, Barcelona, Narbone, Millau, Paris and Normandy. I wanted more of a gritty shot from the processing - hence I chose this method.

Miss the KTM - but not at the moment with the ice and snow..... brrrrrr!
