Shots great. You have nice sharp texture in the salad. A side of yummy bokeh in the back. And Im hoping a little Sake to wash it all down.

Man, I'm from Mississippi, and around here, we don't call that food, we call that what comes up stuck to the fishing lure when you drag bottom. Great picture of it though!
Oh I have a solution for this... sprinkle it in flour and deep fry it for about a minute... then it'll be fit for eating! :)
