      do you have to bleach your hair to get that colour,the superb blue on the tips of your bangs??i'm willing to dye my dreads electric blue but i'm not that into the idea of bleaching them before the dying process,i'm a bit afraid of breakage

      Bleach all the way! Unless you have really blonde hair but it still helps to bleach.
