I'll admit it. I'm a baby when it comes to certain things like getting sick, visiting the dentist, or shots at the doctor's office. During my checkup they decided I needed a tetanus shot because of an outbreak of whooping cough or something. Ever since then my arm's been killing me. I have a relatively high threshold for pain when it comes to things like weight lifting or running 26.2 miles. Just keep those dang needles away from me! *sniffle*

Day 68.

Lululemon Athletica's fabulous luon fabric. Makes me get all touchy feely. Heh.

Day 67.

It's sort of cool that I can just be me for a change. From the focus and madness behind training for yet another marathon, right down to the daily mountain of dirty workout clothes, pricey running shoes, and missing toenails. No explanation needed. No justification as to why I am worth the trouble or why the trouble is worth it. He just gets it.

Day 66.

I say "Callous the mind."

He says "Embrace the Suck."

We all know it's the same sort of pain, it all comes down to how we choose to conquer it.

We can stay up all night talking for hours without realizing how much time has passed by. So I tried to sneak in a self portrait of the day but I was having some technical difficulties. Blurry and dark will have to do.
