Lens aberrations toward the edges, but that's not your fault, the lens is cheap. Aperture is 2.8, I'd have chosen something above 11 for a scene like this. You've also got blown out highlights in the top left corner. Nice wide angle though, decent composition, interesting place.

Looks like hdr to me even if it's not!

Is there some kind of funky processing or effect applied here? At the largest size the details look like you ran some photoshop filter on it...

  4. Martino's doodles 75 months ago | reply

No filter zenfrog, I have probably been a tad too generous with the saturation slider.

Amazing path. Sorry about the car. Not so keen on the path closest to you in the foreground.

I'll save 'cause I like it at the large size and this looks like a funky place

    This is nice overall.

What did you do the the green vegetation? It looks very wrong.

Cool shot. The inclusion of the people at the oppsosite of the path give a nice scale to the place.

I don't like it, but it's clearly good...

Definitely oversaturated, but the composition makes up for it.

Very nice view, but seen large, the quality falls apart. What's up with that?

OK 'til viewed large then the oversaturation gave me sunburn. Pity as I love the composition & subject matter.

I don't know if I completely agree with the composition, but the saturation may be the real issue here.

Thanks all, I have learned about the perils of over-processing today. There might have been an issue with the browsers/computer used. At the time I uploaded this I was still using bloody firefox on mac and thus tended to "over-compensate", so I would not be surprised if the people repelled by the radioactive grass were PC users. It's all explained here:
