Another from my assortment of shots of a winter stream.
Thoughts:
I have a long way to go cleaning up my development processes, namely contamination and dust. It's a good problem to have really. Satisfaction (or not -often) is in the results but the fun is in the pursuit.

This is from the same area I have been visiting to make many of the recent cascading water shots.
The lines, layers, and cracks in this large rock along with the nobility of the adjacent pines, caught my eye each time I passed. The late day winter sun always strikes these trees and this hillside perfectly, there is much potential here!

A touch of snow, a bit of low light, and a lovely patch of trees and clumped rocks, everything a growing heart needs.
Plan to go back and capture this with the Graflex and 4x5 Ektar 100. Yahoo!

It has been an unbelievably mild winter here in Upstate NY, a few dustings and that's about it. So far anyway.
Maybe the heavy stuff comes later?
