Funny Clouds

Clouds do funny things, especially around the top of mountains. That cloud of Rainier kept growing bigger all day while we circled the mountain and took in the sights.

Sunrise from Sunrise

Sunrise Point is the highest place you can drive to on Mount Rainier. We decided to go up there to see the sun rise. The sun's rising from behind me in this shot and coming over the ridge. I didn't really expect the purple hue but then again I didn't know what to expect... It was awful pretty up there.
