This one's a composite simply because I didn't actually want the little guy to spray his sister (as badly as he wanted to). Each subject was lit with 2 Westcott Strobelite Plus monolights in softboxes - one camera left and one camera right behind subjects.

This is a shot of my loyal assistant posing for test shots from a shoot this weekend for ESPN Rise magazine. I used my brand new 5' Octabank courtesy of Westcott and let me tell you it is one AWESOME modifier.
