One of three panels - I've been calling this Space Mosaic; I may change the title to Deep Space ... This is on a 4 feet wide x 2 feet high stretched canvas, reversed, with a 1/4" piece of plywood bolted and glued to it as the substrate. Stained glass, vintage costume jewelry, hematite and other semi-precious stones, pearls, amethysts, crystals, porcelain tile, mirror. I worked on twenty individual 12x12 pieces of mesh, then applied to the substrate, moving about and trimming until it pleased me. The other two panels are grouted and I will picture them soon.
