It might have been a drift net or sometimes genetic mutations... Can't see the whole fin... Can also be socializations... Can't see the type of deformation/scar...

Many thanks - yes I think the calf is only 1-2 weeks old. The foetal folds are still visible where the youngster was curled up in the womb.
