As a general comment, I think that for
someone who's relatively new to photography
(since the start of 2006, you say?), you're
doing damn well at it.
You definitely have a unique eye, as the
phrase goes.
I really enjoy the way you zero in on the
familiar while using imagination and
technique to make the shots fresh and
interesting. For example, the above photo.
Great angle here, and the depth of field
makes the silver and gold keys stand out
nicely against the dark blue bokeh
background.
Yes, it's certainly an old typewriter, but
you've captured its character and
personality, too, and transformed it into
something more.
