Re-arranging the furniture still, because I have nothing new to post. And here's this dress again.

Tipsy? Me? How could you even think such a thing. And in the morning, I shall be sober...

This is an old photo, and so far, my most-viewed one. Since I have nothing new to post just now, I thought I'd re-arrange the furniture a bit and move this one to the front. Maybe it'll get a few more views now!

Trudy and I took a guided tour of HMS Victory at Portsmouth. Five minutes before the appointed time, we went to check in with the guide at the foot of the gangway, and waited while the other visitors assembled for the tour. Trudy took this snap while we waited.

We spent about an hour on board, with a dozen or so other visitors, all of whom had ample time to scrutinize us. I felt a bit conspicuous because I was the tallest person present by some margin - but I managed not to bang my head on any of the low deckheads, or fall down any companionways - and no-one seemed to notice anything amiss. In fact, in the Mary Rose exhibition later, I got a lovely smile from a guy that worked there!
