      The most lovely eggplant I have ever seen...I had this record of some of the SNL people and they did a funny bit where the person said, "I am going to get me a big aubergene and just smear it alll over my face"...first time I heard that word....and I think it is one of my fav colors too.

      We have an abundance of these round aubergines, also in white, in our part of the world. My mum used to grow them in our backyard but never photographed as pretty as this :-) I already see Cinderella getting on to one! :-)

      I literally spend less than a minute post processing each of my shots so from my RAW files and in LightRoom, I just bumped up the contrast, clarity and boosted out the blacks. They are really as gorgeous and purple as the picture. I am glad the greens showed up too with bouncing the light properly.
