He was the bicycle rickshaw wala that rode us from the small village of Kalyani, outside of Kolkata in West Bengal, about 4 km to an old bridge running high over the River Ganges.
He reminded me of an old Hindi Movie star from years ago...

When I came upon the outdoor rink in the middle of Deer Park in Delhi, I could see by all the movement over the top of the boards that they were playing what I assumed to be street hockey. But to my surprise, when I got up close, they were all wearing 4 wheeled roller skates and playing with field hockey sticks. This little boy was one of the stars of the game.
