kumortuli is the traditionally potters’ quarter in northern Kolkata,west bengal, India.
the potters make clay idols of different diety during the Puja Festivals.
Right now they are busy making the idols of goddess Durga for the Durga Puja Festival in West Bengal.
Here i have captured the idols of Goddess Durga and her daughter Sarawati.
