i designed a kitchen and made it in 3/4 in. to a foot kind of scale. i used cardboard, paper, colored pencil, black sharpie, hot glue, glue sticks, tape, a bendie straw, watercolor, pens, bullet shells, bobby pins, wire, and beads.

the whole thing took about 20 hours.

i feel that kitchens are a very important part of my life. it's where most of my meals are cooked, and where i meet up with my family. the whole kitchen in real life would come up to 14 ft. by 16 ft. and 10 ft. high. i designed it under primary colors, shades of gray, and black and white. the main components of a kitchen are each a primary color from the fridge, to the stove/oven microwave, to the sink. the island is my favorite part. it's made from two triangles. it's about 8 feet long if it were to be real. i think it'd be great for baking cookies or even a place to have dinner with some of your good friends! i like the feel of the shapes and the simplicity. my idea designing it was that the person living in it would add the secondary colors. i hope you like this kitchen as much as i do!
