Having a tough time identifying this one, too. It sort of looks like some kind of Warbler but my Sibley doesn't seem to show any warblers with a brown cap. And due to the time of day I'm not even 100% sure that's brown. There is a distinct lack of eye ring.
Sibley says that warblers hybridize a lot, and their plumage during non-breeding season can be very confusing.
