View from St. Andrew's Church, 1st March
From left to right, it's a tyre shop, an insurance place, and a Tandoori restaurant.
Oh yeah, also it's Platinum Carbon Ink fountain pen and Schminke Horadam watercolours on Arches rough panorama paper. Yeah.

A "What I Wore Today" for the 25th of Feburary, 2012
I really like that new shirt of mine.
This was done in watercolour and fountain pen. I usually just draw the stuff around me, so it was very weird to stretch my mind around drawing myself - a sort of left brain drawing, as opposed to right-brain drawing if you want to divide things up that way.

tree in small notebook
This small notebook is impossible to scan in! It's lovely paper though, and just the right size to carry around in my pocket.

What I Wore Today
Me and the New York-based artist known as Introspective Narwhale are having a "What I Wore Today" FACE OFF!
Today, I'm THROWING DOWN with my winter outdoors look, the pea coat and jeans. YEAH.
Hopefully, we won't be following the plotline of the film, as Mz. Narwhale would have to have my face ripped off and put on to hers so she can inflitrate my life. It's at that point she'd find out that my other winter coat went mouldy over the summer. Which is a bummer, as I loved that parka. It was well toasty.

What I Wore Today
I keep a pile of loose A3 sheets on my table, because I have nowhere else to store it, and I doodle on them. I was doing a self-portait every day for a while, but there's only so long you can look at your own face.
The paper was a total nightmare to scan in, because it's large and thin, so you can see the book I was using to keep it flat. Oops! Also, there are some doodles in the bottom corner. You should ignore those. They're doodles. And I'm out by a day, because I've been ill.
