      the berliners call this one "waiting for the train" or such- they love the wacky names they came up with for things.....

      Never heard it: "waiting for the train"

      ... In the beginning of the 90s there was a graffity on the basement of the sculpture: "We are not guilty" (i.e. ...the East-German Stalinistic regime wasn't our idea).
