Donegal Town: The Old Castle
The Old Castle, former home of the O'Donnell's local chieftains until they were forced to flee Ireland (by the English) for Spain.
In the 1980's & 1990's the Castle was partially restored. The main tower, to the right, was re-roofed, the floors were restored.
