Zoe Clark royal icing course
I had a fantastic time at Zoe Clarks cake parlour in London this week. The course was specifically to learn different royal icing techniques which was great as I learnt so many new things. Zoe was so down to earth and friendly, I would love to attend some more classes with her, she really is the best !

Hey Jilly Zoe was on about putting a course on especially for us in October time, can't remember exactly what she was going to do, some other sugar flowers like ranunculus flowers, sweet peas etc, Tracy can you remember what else she said? I think she was on about getting a sugar artist in too, unless I heard wrong, she would need 3 of us though, so maybe you would like to come then? Are you still up for it Mrs J? X
