      I remember I was about 7 years old when this magazine came out. Those "beehive" or up swept hairstyles were really popular then, they're making a comeback, but I don't think I would want to wear my hair that way! lol! And the heavy eye makeup is returning, too! Fashion goes in cycles. Audrey Hepburn was a beautiful woman! I don't think I have ever seen that entire movie, or maybe I did when I was younger but it didn't capture my imagination. I think I will have to check it out sometimes and watch the whole thing!

      It has a great score (including "Moon River" which Audrey actually sings, sort of) by Henry Mancini.

      I think the Mancini song sold that movie. It wasn't much of a story and poor Patricia Neal got the short end of the stick (or George Peppard).

      Like that Broadway lyricist who wrote the lyrics for West Side Story (and wasn't even mentioned in some of the musical's newspaper reviews), Gypsy (because Merman wanted a tried and true composer--Jule Styne) and Do I Hear A Waltz? What's his name? You know. The lyricist who just turned 80 and had a big wingding at Lincoln Center last year.
