Burning tree light on the Umtanum Trail

    Spotted this brightly glowing tree up in the hills as I pulled into the Umtanum BLM campgrounds parking lot. Only had my BlackBerry 9700 smartphone camera with me on this unexpectedly bright day in the Yakima Canyon. So I crossed the bridge and followed the trail along Umtanum Creek to where I could get a good shot.
