Notes: I don't often shoot monochrome but there have been many times when b&w has the greater potential. I've stared up Tower Hill in the Warren Dunes more than a few times now over the past year, but the right conditions have eluded me. I like the sharp curves as seen from the shadow side in late evening light. This shot, from my last trip there this April, yielded something close to how I had envisioned it. The dunes see a lot of foot traffic, so catching the ridge line while it was clean and sharp was a priority left to chance - along with good evening light and a little cloud cover to give the scene more body. I hope you like this, my umpteenth attempt at Tower Hill.
