    The amazing combination of dark chocolate, olive oil and sea salt is not a modern invention of Ferran Adrià, but can be traced back to when it was consumed as a special treat by Catalans deprived of all three ingredients during World War II. Here's my take on this classic recipe, made by me at home the other weekend.
