The night after Zuccotti Park was once again cleared in a series of mass violent arrests--on the movement's six-month anniversary--a couple of different marches were held throughout downtown Manhattan condemning the police violence of the previous day and in solidarity with the over 70 people arrested. All told, the various marches consisted of at least 300 people, and eventually they all met up and converged in Union Square. Occupy Wall Street was able to set up a camp along the main set of stairs facing Broadway, as long as no tents were used or people entered the park proper. To many, the move to Union Square is a signal of Occupy Wall Street finding a new home.
