   Good morning - yes indeed some ordinary stuff will do (though this old paper is a bit flakey and probably needed more paste than new wallpaper

   Many thanks - this is a little Edwardian toy bed, with bears carved into the posts (and still with its original horse hair mattress), the children used to play with it when younger but it is now mine!

    One of the best bedrooms I've ever seen. I would love to have this room. I have seen literally 1000's of images over the years and this has to be one that literally took my breath away. On my Pinterest board now. LOVE it!

    Gorgeous! Love the soaring ceilings and fireplace, of course, but the painted floors and patchwork are equally wonderful.
