Seibane Wague 1970-2003
seibane wague came from mauretania and studied nuclear physics science
at vienna. for some time he cooperated on radio africa ( broadcasted
on orange 94.0). in summer 2003 he worked at the so called
"afrikadorf" at the stadtpark. at night between the 14th and
the 15th of july he had a conflict with the superior of the
"afrikadorf", erfied malle. the superior called the police
and a doctor, six policemen and three men of the ambulance fixed
seibane who was in prone position on the floor at least for five
minutes, also he was hitted with feast punches.additional he got a
strong neuroleptical medicament. the doctor didn`t interfere and
seibane wague died. during the following criminal procedure only one
of the policemen and the doctor were condemned to suspended sentence
for seven months. all the others were discharged on guilt, altough a
person living on the opposite to stadtpark has filmed the whole scene
with a video camera.
