I'm don't favor Obama and Romney but I don't want another war either. Republicans are what have us in the hole now. I feel Obama over estimated himself and that is common for all politicians. I don't favor the Health Care Bill. I didn't see this many complaints when President Bush was in office. But I have will say that I have respect for both canidates. Presidents can only do so much base on the way our constitution is written. I see the term dictator all the time and I'm wondering if people really understand the word. If President Obama was a dictator then he would be able to do as he pleases, but he can't because of congress. But the big picture is the world views us as negatively on the way we treat our leaders. I know that this is America and free speech is a given, but we must be sensible on how we address our leaders. Now I will say that the media has away of turning things negative. The WWW has many resources to look at what presidents have done and the bills that they've enacted. I'm just saying before we start pointing the finger lets do our research and in my eyes and research of congress, the senate has hurt us more than anything. I mean no disrespect but I'm sure I'll get disrespected for this comment.

And now that I think about it, the budget that was passed on from Bush had to be approved by the Senate. Bush could just propose a budget. The Senate had to approve it. SO therefor the "Bush spending" was Democrat spending...

Just recently Obama bypassed Congree to force his immigration policy, to get him more votes. The constitution clearly states the Congress shall have the power “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.” not the President. By bypassing Congress he has shown he is a dictator with no respect for our Constitution.

Agree with hst8...wonderfull point you bring up... ..this is an intriguing posting opening the eye of the poor masses to make their move and do vote...remember the only way to counter the massed amount of $$$$$ raised by the PACS...the many festering PACS is the single voice of each and every one of the silent independent MAJORITY. I'm not saying who I'm voting for since I'm independent...but for eight years of George W. Bush and his SORRY cabinet, wars racked havoc in our country...we lost brave men and women..Billions of $$$$$ where whisked away to manipulate Iraqis and Afghanistanies alike to gain their love and support..and we ended up getting manipulated...till we have a methodical practical exit strategy lined up that is truly graceful...Our respect from the world wide is back in the white house now. If you do not see that what was happening to us ..if you do not believe that the Weapons of Mass Destructions was the biggest lie played on the American public, then you are fooling yourself...there were many ways for a great country like ours to skin-that cat, and they chose the cheapest most damaging approach with G.W. Bush Cabinet interest in Oil and quick gains to Dick's Halaburten. The true fix only happened during the past three years...Please dig deep before you Vote, make it count not for your party but for the great USA, and you will see the difference every future election.

Santorum believes that Romney is a lying rat. A rat that
will say anything, do anything just to get into the White House. Santorum has
an inside track on Romney that he is unable to divulge because of his position
as a loyal Republican.

The word is, Romney has been in the pocket of large corporations and he has make
a deal with them to drop the corporate tax rate to 16%. This would allow those
corporations to bring their money back into the US, and get out of the unstable
banks and markets of Europe and the Far East. Santorum would not play ball with
Romney because he knows that as President he cannot lead this country with a
tax rate of 16%. You can’t support are arm forces and maintain are highways
system with a tax rate of 16%. It just can’t be done, unless America cuts the
fat very, very deep. The first time I ever saw Santorum get angry was when he was lied to by his adviser. It is the same with him and Romney. Romney lied to Santorum and then asked him to stand shoulder to shoulder with him as possible VP. That is as if Santorum would ever be Romney’s VP. Santorum has no respect for Romney. I have never seen Santorum hate someone as much as he hates Romney.

If what you said was correct, then I would agree with you. But it's not. From the BBC: "The only US military presence left in Iraq now is 157 soldiers responsible for training at the US embassy, as well as a small contingent of marines protecting the diplomatic mission." Obama has also already withdrawn somewhere around 25,000 troops from Afghanistan and plans to withdraw a total of 40,000 by the end of 2012. And the "war" in libya did not involve any ground troops. At all. It was solely an air strike mission. I don't see how voting for a Republican candidate (especially considering that the Republican party is far more pro-war than the Democratic Party) will accomplish your stated goal, although if you intend to vote libertarian, then I suppose that's a different matter.

So Don, the fact that more Middle Class Amricans have fallen into poverty and the number of poverty stricken Americans has almost doubled since obama took office is not a relevant fact? Okay, how about the fact that the wealthiest 1 percent of Americans have increased teir net worth at a higher rate since obama took office and the other 99% actually saw a decline in financial well being. Not working for you? how about the fact that for the past 3 years, the percentage income share between the richest and poorest Americans has registered record highs. Oh, thats right....Its all Bush's fault. Forge the fact your messah has been President for the last 3 and 1/2 years, or that he enjoyed a complete domination of government for his first two years.

Is this supposed to be ironic? They are the same guy in a different suit. They are both pawns of Goldman Sachs and the Federal Reserve. They have the same agenda. It is time to wake up, America. Focus on your local candidates this election. Research them, what they have voted in the past, and vote for people who aren't just on board for the life-long pension and benefits. Vote third party or write-in, if you have the option. We need to stop submitting to their game. Voting for "the lesser of two evils" is still voting for evil.
