      They do look good, don't they? Too bad they weren't! I wanted them to be crisp, but they were limp and a bit rubbery. :-(

      It's just thanks to the magic of photography that they look good...

      oh, they were edible. They tasted good, but the texture was all wrong. kind of limp and rubbery. Oh well... maybe next time they will be closer to what I want.

      picture perfect, sorry to hear about the texture. i wonder if it would make any difference if they were deep-fried. oh darn, nevermind...these are pancakes!
