this is Fisher Mountain in the Canadian Rockies and it has to be one of the most photogenic mountains (aren't they all?) I've seen, especially in winter.

Cantaloupe Island is one of my favourite pieces of music, composed by the great Herbie Hancock. Here is the backstory....I was cooking dinner and seeding a pepper and the seed pod came out looking like this and I thought "this looks like a cool island maybe like Cantaloupe Island" even though its not a cantaloupe.

So I took its picture. This is my interpretation of what this mythical island might look like.
