Shadi Aoun - X-ray

    An X-ray of Shadi Aoun’s legs after an accident with unexploded ordnance. Aoun, a 27-year-old orange farmer had collected hundreds of pieces of unexploded ordnance from his orchard until one exploded. The explosion shattered the bones in his legs. He spent 38 days in the hospital and underwent several operations.
