Made vegetable kebabs with a vegan piri-piri and lemon dressing for tea last night.
They were HOT!
Skewered for the kebabs were: Red onion, Courgette, red pepper, yellow pepper and mushroom. Coated with the dressing and cooked in about 5 mins.
