Hunting was a popular sport among the men of Upper Arlington and their hunting dogs. This photograph, from the December 1918 Norwester magazine, accompanied a short essay describing how hunting dogs became restless a day or two before hunting season opens, as if they knew they were soon to go out into the field to hunt.
