taken a couple of months ago, on one of those lazy Saturday mornings
where we end up with a bed full of kids.

The family was all together again over the weekend, and it was so
nice.

i love this.
plain and simple.
i love what you do. you have a gift for capturing the essence of people. this image, of kids cuddled in bed, sharing secrets, maybe about to get the giggles, is just so warm, and loving and beautiful.
and is that an "ugly doll"? my daughter has them. what do they see in them?!
i hope the weekend was full of laughter and lots of hugs.

I recognized that Ugly Doll in the thumbnail! We love those silly, ugly little dolls in our house. We have six of them now. I have a picture of a couple of them somewhere in my photostream!
This is a wonderful image of the perfect, lazy Saturday morning! Love this in b&w and most of all, the two girls eying each other over the top of the doll, as if they have a secret to share! I wouldn't consider you a terrible contact if the time you spent away was with family! Everyone needs to take a break from here! :D

You know, it took me a second. My eye went to the monster in the middle, and I did not see the two of them on either side. But, once you place them, your eyes will not come off of them. Such a perfect black and white pic, technically speaking, and such a wonderful moment on time, which transcends all rules of photography and just conveys love!
So glad you guys had a wonderful weekend!!!
