This guy was completely unaware I was in the area. He blended in so well I almost didn't see him.

I was focusing on the deer on the left, watching him have a snack. When he decided to leave I just noticed the other deer on the right. For a large animal they are very quite, unlike myself tromping around.

I finally spotted a deer at Quabbin, too many trees in the way to get a clear shot....with the camera.

Finally had a chance to visit Cascade Brook at Mt. Tom State Reservation today. We had heavy rain yesterday so the brook was flowing pretty well. As an added bonus it was an overcast day so I got pretty even lighting. This is one of my favorite spots besides Quabbin Reservoir.
