A Samui sunset

Sadly, our weather on Samui was not the best because of the south west monsoon. Heavy seas, high winds and torrential rain were with us most of the time (but the sun blazed calmly the day we left!).

Nevertheless, photo opportunities did abound (albeit infrequently - poor light for too many panos, unfortunately), and sunset did produce a few colourful ones.

A 6 exposure hdr. (My son bumped the tripod on the seventh - but he did at least fire the remote on the other six exposures - so technically, I guess, this is his photo.) Photomatix. Almost "true-tone" to the reality.
