A second attempt -- taken at the same time as my earlier one -- at capturing the 'Cathedral' feel of the WMATA underground stations. This time, in black and white with high contrast.
I actually think I like it better, personally, though others might disagree.

Wow what is that? I love Black&White Pictures AND that is one of the finest sort! The great shadows and the structure of the hall... wonderful!

Thanks! I really love how this one came out.
As for what it is, it's the Metro Center underground rail station on the WMATA light rail (Washington, DC and surrounds). Taken from the platform for the Red Line train headed towards Vienna, Virginia. :)
