The 2 little dolls on the couch are sharing curly hair tips.

Sally's on our balcony.

She's an American Character dollie from 1930 but most recently from Listia. In addition to normal age wear, the box she arrived in had torn and her head was cracked open .

I glued her head back together, put her hair back on, fixed the cracks in the composition on her face, accentuated her coloring, restrung her, dressed her.

But I forgot to take a "before picture" so my only proof is she looks suspiciously good for a girl her age.

Flapper Dollie Restoration

I made her new arms, jointed them with wire, made her a little dress from a vintage doily, then killed all resale value by painting her toenails pink.
