Healthy Colors, although eating the bananas at this stage is not really tastfull and maybe not so healthy either. But they have a great green color right now.

Technical: 6/10 - good and vivid colours. In original and large size the shot seems too be blury or out of focus - I think in that kind of photo the detail is very important. The shadows are a little too noisy.
Composition: 9/10 - I can't find anything wrong with this composition - maybe, only the middle dark shadow between the oranges and bananas which concentrates too much attention at first glance. Strong colours defines the shapes of the fruits brilliantly.
Eye Appeal: 9/10 - very nice and tasty :)
Commercial Viability: 7/10 - could be used in many different commercial applications.

You managed to capture nice colours here. The flash seems a bot harsh. Maybe more difussed or bounced would have worked better.
Composition: 7
Nicely arranged. The shadow in the middle is a distraction to the picture and throws it off balance.
Eye Appeal: 7
The colours jumps out a lot.
Commercial Viability: 7
Maybe for a write up on fruits.
The image gets a solid 7. Very good effort. There are some technical challenges to overcome before a 10 can be given. The most important part to improve is the lighting design. Direct flash may not be the most ideal one.

You can eat the bananas, if you peel them and boil in lightly salted water and eat them as a starch/carb - healthier than rice.
