Finally got the film developed from my new holga. And by new, I mean it was my Christmas present last year from my special lady friend.

Anyways, she got me one with the multi colored flash, so I went to town with it one night while closing up the bar. This shot came out pretty much as I intended.

And yes, uploading a holga shot from a year ago heralds my return to serious photography. More to come!

This is a 5 shot group fired at a distance of 200 yards. I was using an unmagnified red dot optic (an EOTech XPS holographic sight), on my carbine length franken-gun AR15. I was shooting 55 grain Lake City XM193 ammo through a 1:9 twist barrel.

This is by far the best I've ever shot. Before mounting the optic on my rifle, I'd consider it a good day if I could keep all my shots on the paper (about 12" x 18") at 200 yards. The optic was the main variable that changed, and resulted in a dramatic reduction of group size. This was the best group, but all my groups at 200 yards were dramatically improved.

I don't have calipers, but using a tape measure, the group is just over 2 MOA.
